The Bravo Executive Gelato machine is a multifunctional machine that allows for the pastries and other confectioneries to be produced more quickly and consistently.

The Bravo multifunctional Gelato machine heats, pasteurizes, freezes and whisks all in one machine and eliminates any wait time in between recipes due to its internal dual chambers.
The Bravo Executive Gelato machine is two machines in one. The operator can be cooling down butter cream in the lower chamber while heating chocolate ganache in the upper chamber. The two parts work simultaneously and independently of one another.
Bravo Trittico 457 Executive Gelato Machine:
· Stand-up floor model, water-cooled or air-cooled available.
· Per hour production: (45) liters of gelato, (50) liters of pastry, (5) liters of liquid product in and (7) liters of finished product out.
Batch cycles average between 7 – 9 minutes.
· Electrical: Min. 208 Volt/Max. 230 Volt with a 5% buffer zone.
Three phase electrical, requires a 30 amp dedicated line.
